Let me start with this: I am not an Anime fan. Oh, there are a few I like, but for the most part I don’t like the pacing of Anime at all.
Sword Art Online (SAO) is about a virtual reality where the players are trapped until someone beats the game. Pretty neat idea, right? So, I play video games but I rarely play MMORPGs. And the pacing of this series… could be better. The main character is interesting, but the leading lady just devolves into that most hated Anime character- ditzy.
It’s an interesting show, I don’t regret watching it, but thus far I enjoy the animation and pacing in season 2 much more. If only it was dubbed…
