Yes, I am considering doing the above. The up grade will happen, it is just a matter of time. The monetization will as well, if only to pay for the up grade.
I am just doing my due diligence and researching all of the tax information. I do NOT want to have fines for not filing taxes correctly.
What I have learned?
I don’t know if I will turn on the ads right after I upgrade this site. Just because, if I make more than just enough to pay for this, I am now having to send Taxes in 4 times a year.
Do-able. But I haven’t determined if I need to fill out any other forms before I start sending the IRS money.
