I did enjoy this novel, and found myself laughing often at the antics Alexis got herself into, but this isn’t the kind of novel I would normally pick up, and it is a novel I would recommend to specific folks:
Those looking for humorous, out of this world, paranormal romance novels.
This book made me happy I read it, though often I just wanted to shake Alexis and get her to do the right, normal thing. But, that seemed to be the point of this novel: she wasn’t normal, and she wouldn’t do what you want her to do just because you want her to do it.
Again, I enjoyed this novel, but I don’t think it is for everyone. If you are looking for something different in paranormal romance, with a vampire behaving as a vampire should, this is a great book to check out.
