Cold the Night, Fast the Wolves: A Book Review

Written by Meg Long, this YA science fiction novel was well-paced with a lot of guts and daring, I just couldn’t get super into the story.

I think because I actually wanted more romance in this one, and that is not what this story is meant to be. Sena hates sled racing, as it took her mothers away from her, but after finding herself in a bit of a bind she is forced to help a wolf get back to fighting condition.

But will she find the girl she is meant to be in the meantime?

(Yeah, that was a bit too much meants, but it is what it is, ehe?)

I want to describe my opinion of this book, but that is kinds of it. It hits the right spot if you are looking for a YA about a girl learning who she really wants to be, and acknowledging who she is. This is, I believe, the first of a series.

But I loved the cover!
