This show does a good job of being family friendly – only a few scenes that are disturbing – while still dealing with very serious topics. Only on the second season, but I feel this is a show that rarely, if ever, has been watched by Americans.
I enjoy the banter and wit, and I enjoy the historical aspects. Guest stars, though inaccurate as to their locations and what they did at the time, are interesting and insightful. Definitely recommend this show, though my final review will wait until I have watched all the episodes available on Netflix.
