Oh, to count the reasons… that I stopped reading this book series. To begin with, I had no hopes for this movie.
And it’s a good thing I didn’t.
The books dragged this story out forever, and always ended on unsatisfing cliff hangers. And the writer was the executive producer, so yeahh.
If you loved the books, this is literally the first book. I think it would make a better TV show as the whole thing was rushed and the main actress was horrible. The supporting child actors were actually pretty good. The wing animation was terrible- SyFy channel level terrible. And yes, I could hear the Canadian accent… about. Stop it.
I would say don’t bother, it’s pretty boring just like the first book.
