A Werewolf Kind of Christmas: A Book Review

To get a few house keeping items out of the way, this is NOT a story intended for children. This is a novella (shorter than a normal book). And I was given a copy of this novella in exchange for an honest review.

AND this is a stop on the Silver Daggers Book Tour (click here for the link).

Alright, now that the housekeeping is out of the way…

Written by A. L. Kessler, A Werewolf Kind of Christmas follows Erin, the daughter of an alpha wolf, who has been sent to Tristan’s pack in the mountains to find out if she is his mate.

The story was sweet, and I really enjoyed Erin and Tristan as characters, as well as the supporting characters in Tristan’s pack. It is a fast paced little book, everything takes place over the course of two days if I remember correctly, but the author does a great job of really showing us who her characters are.

My one gripe with this is the number of grammatical errors that where in it. The story was interesting, and I enjoyed the sweet, quick, romance the author gave us between Erin and Tristan (and, alright, I have a soft spot for a Scottish leading man), but is little errors bother you or take you out of the story, you might want to be aware of that.

If you love a short romance, or if you love werewolf novels, this is worth a read.

So, this is one of many stops on this tour, and I am just a humble host for Silver Daggers Book Tours. With that, there is a $10 Amazon Gift Card that they are giving away (click HERE for details and more special content for this story), which is enough to snag your copy as A Werewolf Kind of Christmas is on sale on Amazon for $0.99! (OR free if you have Kindle Unlimited!) For even more information on this book check out Goodreads and Amazon.
