First of all, thank you SyFy, you have added another book (series?) that I now need to read. Also, good job on advertising! The whole “Harry Potter as adults”, yeah, that’s what got me to watch.
And I love this show. It is definitely a little hard to follow – a little jumpy at times, but I am not sure if that is the show or because my TV is actually a little jumpy. This show follows Q, a man who thinks he is crazy, but finds out that he just has been kept away from the part of the world that he actually understands. Kind of. Just like with Harry, we meet a man (not a boy) who just doesn’t quite fit in, but also isn’t a boy genius when it comes to magic. He is not the smartest, by a long shot, but he meets the smart ones. And, of course, there is some bad guy he is meant to beat.
So far, I have 3 and a half episodes left, and I am SO EXCITED! A bit too much on the language, but you can work past it.
So far, a total recommendation. As soon as I am done I will post a review! Stay up to date!
