Uprooted: an Audiobook Review

Written by Naomi Novaki, this novel finds a girl who is taken to a tower by a mage and learns that she is a witch. Oh, and there is a dark wood that causes people and animals to go crazy with terrible creatures in it.

This was a terrible audiobook. The lady who was reading it had an accent that was difficult to listen to and was so very monotone it made me sad. Maybe if I had read this book- perhaps I would have liked it.

Perhaps how the characters reacted to situations would have made more sense.

If you are considering this book, I would read it instead of listening to it.

That’s all I’ve got. Didn’t like it much because of how difficult it was to follow.
