It has been brought to my attention that some will appreciate this list.
Mercy Thompson Series by Patricia Briggs: This follows a coyote shifter who was raised by wolves and has been trying to separate herself from them ever since.
Alpha and Omega Series by Patricia Brigs: This is an off shoot that follows a werewolf couple.
Shadow Falls Series by C.C. Hunter: The main character is not a werewolf, but there is a werewolf that is one of the love interests (okay, the only love interest). This is YA.
Intertwined Series by Gena Showalter: One of the 3 main characters is a werewolf. And he is AWESOME. This series follows three different supernatural individuals with some unique takes on the genre.
The Rage of Kings by Andy Remic: This is a spoiler. Yup, they are a type of werewolf warriors. Elite warriors created to destroy an enemy of the King who then disbanded after their final battle and became drunkards.
Wolf Springs Chronicles by Nancy Holder and Debbie Viguie: A girl moves to Wolf Springs to live with her grandfather after her mother dies, and there are many mysteries in this town. Okay, so, I have very mixed feelings about these two authors. I enjoyed this book, but the ending is HORRIBLE.
13 to Life Series by Shannon Delany: This series follows Russian werewolves. This was also a novel that won an online contest (textnovel I do believe) that I don’t think even runs anymore. Good series, YA.
Terra Vane series by Katie Epstein: This series follows a pychic who is partners with a wolf and in love with his wolfy brother who is also their boss. Don’t recommend, but if you have a scratch you can give this a try.
Chicagoland Vampires by Chloe Neil: This is about vampires, but there are some werewolves in it too that play a big role. And, in the sequel series, a werewolf is one of the main characters.
Dakota Cassidy’s books: She has both the Accidental series, of which the first has a werewolf as the main character, and the Wolf Mates series. These are some sweet, cheesy romance novels that are fun reads.
The Legend of All Wolves series: Written by Maria Vale, the first novel in this series so far is the best, but this is a bit of a different take on the wolf legend and pack mentality. The first is a good read, and the rest might be interesting if you are just looking for something.
The Wolf at the End of the World: Not really a werewolf novel, but click the link and check out the review.
Mongrels: I really enjoyed this book, which is about a family of werewolves, and check out the review to see why.
Death be Blue: This one has werewolves, and I put it in the same line as Terra Vane. If you have a void and need werewolves, go ahead I suppose.
Collars and Curses: Meh. Look at the review if you are thinking about this one.
Delilah Street Series: This was one I hunted and hunted for because the first book has an excellent werewolf scenes. One of the most interesting. But the rest of the series really dragged on for me.
The Werewolf of Lowre Few Lane: Honestly, don’t recommend. One of the main characters is a werewolf.
Heir of Chicagoland series: The sequel to Vampires of Chicago (which also features some werewolves). Again, not my favorite, but if you are a true fan of urban fantasy you might enjoy.
The Walker Papers: Featured later in the series, and it doesn’t stick around. But, hey, a Werewolf!
Lycanthropy and Other Chronic Illnesses: I wasn’t a fan of this novel, but it is in the title.
Flirting Under a Full Moon: Written by Ashlyn Chase, Flirting Under a Full Moon follows PI, and werewolf, Nick as he is hired to find a missing girl and Brandee, the local bar keep who has had her fortune read, and Nick is in her future. (I don’t recommend this one….)
